ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open to customers of Passion Jardins garden centres who reside in Quebec and Ontario and are 18 years of age or older.
GRAND PRIZE DRAW
A draw will be held on, August 1st, 2024. The draw will be made at random among all participants.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- The contest runs from July 1st to July 31st inclusively. Contest closes at 11:59:59 on July 31st, 2024.
- The winner will be contacted within 72 hours of the grand prize draw.
- Odds of being selected as a contest finalist depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.
- If for any reason beyond the control of the contest organizers, a prize cannot be awarded as described in these rules, a prize of similar nature and equal or greater value will be awarded by the contest organizers.
- The winner releases Passion Jardins and Fafard/Scotts Canada Ltd, their advertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents and representatives from all liability for any accident of any nature whatsoever that he or she may suffer as a result of accepting and using his or her prize.
- By participating in this contest, each finalist authorizes the organizers and their representatives to use, if required, their name, photograph, image, voice and/or statement relating to their prize for advertising or media purposes, without any form of compensation.
- The person whose name appears on the completed form is the entrant for the purposes of this contest for the prize offered.
- The value of the prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Contest is open to residents of Quebec and Ontario only. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
